MC at THE PLAYERS Championship
Kim recorded a two-day score of even-par to miss the cut at THE PLAYERS Championship this past week by one shot.
Impact
Kim's impressive run of five consecutive top-15s dating back to the WM Phoenix Open finally came to a halt at the volatile TPC Sawgrass, where he lost just over two strokes off the tee throughout 36 holes. However, he remains top-10 in the FedExCup standings ahead of the upcoming Valspar Championship.

Keeps strong play going
Kim finished in solo fourth place at the Arnold Palmer Invitational following a three-under 69 in the final round.
Impact
Kim is the perfect example of someone getting rewarded for good play. He was no exempt into any Signature Events to start the season, but after finishes of T2-T13-T13-T6 in his prior four starts, Kim was able to earn a spot at Bay Hill. He rode his hot play and capitalized on the opportunity with a top-five showing on a very tough golf course. Kim gained strokes across the board this week and has to be feeling very confident heading to THE PLAYERS Championship next week.

In the mix again at PGA National
Kim closed with an even-par 71 on Sunday to finish in a tie for sixth place at the Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches.
Impact
Kim was only one shot back going into the final round looking to pick up his first PGA Tour win since his maiden win back in 2018. It just wasn't to be as Kim only could manage two birdies in the final round. Kim is playing some incredible golf, however, finishing T2-T13-T13-T6 over his last four starts. All parts of his game are clicking at Kim will hope to earn another strong finish next week at a signature event at Bay Hill.

Continues to play well
Kim carded a three-under 68 on Sunday at the Mexico Open at VidantaWorld to finish tied for 13th place.
Impact
Kim had a solid week with four rounds of 68 or better, closing with four birdies in the final round but was never able to post a really low enough number to get into contention. He was led by his short game, where he ranked third in SG: Around the green and sixth in scrambling for the week. It's the third consecutive top-15 result for Kim and his sixth such finish across his last 10 events.

T13 back home at Torrey Pines
Kim fired a two-under 70 on Sunday at The Genesis Invitational to finish four-under and tied for 13th.
Impact
Kim, who earned his Genesis invitation via a runner-up finish just one week prior at the WM Phoenix Open, avoided posting a single over-par round throughout his week on a difficult Torrey Pines (South Course) setup en route to another top-15 result. The Torrey Pines High School graduate paced the entire Genesis field in scrambling this past week, while also ranking top-20 in each of SG: Off-the-Tee, SG: Approach and GIR percentage. Kim is trending in a positive direction ahead of the upcoming Mexico Open at VidantaWorld where he placed MC-T30 the past two years.

Excellent week in Phoenix
Kim posted a four-under 67 on Sunday at the WM Phoenix Open to finish in a share of second place.
Impact
Kim began the day in a share for second but wasn't able to put pressure on leader Thomas Detry, with three of Kim's five birdies coming late on the back-nine. Nevertheless, it was an excellent week for the veteran, as he ranked second for the week in SG: Tee-to-green. It's only Kim's third top-10 finish since the beginning of last year as he looks to develop more consistent result in 2025.
