Impact This is West's first career college touchdown, but he's only playing because Noah Meyers is injured. No, seriously. West didn't have a target until Meyers went out with an undisclosed injury.

Moussa Barry - Reels in TD Barry caught five passes for 39 yards and a score against NMSU on Saturday.
Impact This is Barry's first touchdown on the season. He had a couple good games early in the season, but in the five games prior to this he had seven catches for 54 yards.

Tucker Parks - Attempts two passes Parks (undisclosed) was 0-for-2 passing for zero yards during Saturday's 35-16 victory versus New Mexico State.
Impact Western Kentucky's starting quarterback Rodney Tisdale did not require all the quarterback snaps in a relatively easy game for the team, which gave an opportunity to Parks. Now, the question becomes whether or not Parks can continue to log snaps, especially if Maverick McIvor (shoulder) becomes available and the aforementioned Tisdale continues to excel.

Matthew Henry - Reeled in two TDs Henry caught seven passes for 81 yards an two scores against NMSU on Saturday.
Impact This is the first time Henry has found the end zone in six games. He's had over 50 yards in six out of nine outings, but in two of those other three outings he's scored a touchdown.

Maverick McIvor - DNP for Week 10 McIvor (shoulder) did not play during Western Kentucky's 35-16 win Saturday against New Mexico State.
Impact Rodney Tisdale logged the majority of Western Kentucky's quarterback snaps, with Tucker Parks getting an opportunity to back the aforementioned QB up instead of McIvor. The then-emergency QB's next opportunity to play comes Nov. 15 against Middle Tennessee State.

K.D. Hutchinson - Tallies seven receptions Hutchinson caught seven passes for 83 yards against NMSU on Saturday.
Impact On the one hand, Hutchinson has 43 catches through nine games, and he's had over 50 yards three times in his last four outings. On the other hand, he doesn't have a touchdown since his second game of the season, and in that game he scored twice against North Alabama.

La'Vell Wright - Rushes for TD Wright ran six times for 44 yards and a score Saturday against NMSU.
Impact Wright has been a bit of a touchdown vulture for Western Kentucky. He's only touched the ball 59 times, but he's scored seven touchdowns.

Rodney Tisdale Jr. - Four TDs in big win Tisdale went 30-for-38 for 301 yards, four touchdowns, and an interception against NMSU on Saturday. He also ran 12 times for 28 yards.
Impact This is a big game for Tisdale, but don't get too excited. One, Maverick McIvor (shoulder) has a bye week to heal up and take back over as starter. Two, after a home game against MTSU the Hilltoppers end with road games against LSU and Jacksonville State.

Impact Meyers will miss his second straight game Saturday as he continues to deal with an undisclosed injury. Jackson West will likely see an increase of playing time and targets with Meyers out. Meyers' next chance to suit up is Nov. 15 versus Middle Tennessee State.

Jairus Mack - Out again Mack (undisclosed) is out for Saturday's game against New Mexico State.
Impact Mack will stay sidelined as the Hilltoppers take on New Mexico State at home. The 5-foot-11 wide receiver will luckily now have a bye week to deal with his injury before another home clash against Middle Tennessee State on Nov. 15.

Maverick McIvor - Available as emergency quarterback McIvor (shoulder) will not start in Saturday's game against New Mexico State but will be available as an emergency quarterback, Nick Coppola of The Las Cruces Sun-News reports.
Impact McIvor, as expected, will not be the Hilltoppers' starter in the home matchup, and he'll cede duties to Rodney Tisdale. McIvor has been disclosed as Western Kentucky's emergency quarterback to be used if needed. With that being said, it remains unlikely that he'll enter the game.

Maverick McIvor - Not expected to start in Week 10 McIvor (shoulder) is not expected to start against New Mexico State on Saturday, according to Jeff Nations of Bowling Green Daily News.
Impact Head coach Tyson Helton acknowledged that Rodney Tisdale is expected to start again in Week 10, so McIvor is clearly not at full strength. At this point, it's fair to wonder whether McIvor will even be available to suit up in Week 10. If he doesn't play and Tisdale gets the nod, Caleb McMickle could operate as the backup.

Rodney Tisdale Jr. - Expected to start in Week 10 Tisdale is expected to start Saturday against New Mexico State, head coach Tyson Helton told media Monday, according to Jeff Nations of Bowling Green Daily News.

Impact This is a nice bounce back for Hutchinson, who was held to 26 yards last week against FIU. He has 36 catches through eight games, though he doesn't have a touchdown in six weeks.

Impact Two touchdowns is good, but averaging 2.0 yards per carry is not. Through eight games Hart only has 205 rushing yards, and he doesn't appear to be the top rushing option.

Impact Maverick McIvor missed the game with a shoulder injury that was only mentioned for the first time when Tisdale was announced as the starter Tuesday. He did well enough, and McIvor has struggled enough, WKU probably won't mind Tisdale starting against in Week 10 against NMSU.
