Justyn Ross - Gets first touchdown of season Ross caught three passes for 52 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 49-3 win over S.C.State.
Impact Ross looked more like himself in his second game back in action, although he seems to be a bit slower as Justyn Ross 2.0. His routes are a little different this season as he spends a lot more time in the slot, and that may be one reason why he seems a bit out of sorts. He is taking contact well, so worries about his health seem to be unfounded at present.

Will Shipley - Svores twice in blowout Shipley rushed eight times for 80 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday's 49-3 win over S.C. State.
Impact We saw why Shipley was so highly touted, despite lacking the traits we usually see from Clemson running backs in recent years. He is decidedly a North-South sort of rusher with decent lateral movement, but Kobe Pace is also in the fold and seems to be used equally at this juncture. For fantasy purposes, they are canceling each other out.

Taisun Phommachanh - Aptly fills in during blowout Phommachanh completed seven of 10 passes for 75 yards, a touchdown and an interception in Saturday's 49-3 win over S.C. State.
Impact Tiger fans were clamoring for an appearance from Phommachanh after expressing their doubts about D.J. Uiagalelei as the heir apparent after the loss to Georgia. This blowout game didn't seem to dispel the notion, as the backup played reasonably well in brief relief. A switch at QB is highly unlikely, but at least Phommachanh showed that he is healthy and ready to play.
