Impact Collier was recently granted an extra year of eligibility in late July, and he'll have only a few weeks to get up to speed before Delaware State opens its season against Stony Brook on Aug. 27. Collier spent the 2025 season at East Carolina, where he completed 38 of 78 passes for 489 yards and a 7:2 TD:INT while completing 48.7 percent of his throws.
