Samuel Brown V - Productive as RB2 Brown recorded 14 rushes for 68 yards and reeled in their only target for 34 yards and one touchdown during Thursday's 44-7 victory versus Howard. Impact Brown saw a solid workload after starting running back Kyle Monangai finished his day early in the third quarter of Thursday's blowout win. The 6-foot-1 backup enjoyed a rather successful outing of his own, including when he caught an easy checkdown pass in the flats before cruising untouched for a 34-yard touchdown. With the Scarlet Knights slated to employ a very run-heavy offense this season, Brown should get a solid number of carries and scoring opportunities moving forward. Though, unless Monangai misses time with injury at any point, Brown likely won't see enough consistent usage to warrant significant fantasy attention moving forward.
