Impact Felton connected with backup quarterback MJ Morris on a pair of second half touchdowns, keeping Maryland in the game until late in the fourth quarter. The senior receiver has had a very productive year for the Terrapins, totaling 92 catches for 1,097 yards and nine touchdowns through 11 games this season. His final opportunity to improve his regular season numbers will come when the Terps travel to face Penn State this coming Saturday.

Impact Hemby had a tough day on the ground against the Hawkeyes, running for just 19 yards on eight attempts while adding five catches for 31 yards. The redshirt junior running back has had a solid season in 2024, running for 543 yards and six touchdowns on the ground while adding 37 receptions for 253 yards and a score through the air as well. A matchup against Penn State awaits on Saturday for Hemby's final opportunity to improve his regular season numbers.

Impact Morris filled in for fellow quarterback Billy Edwards after the starter left the game with an undisclosed injury. Morris had an up-and-down performance, as the redshirt sophomore threw two touchdowns while tossing a pair of interceptions as well before Edwards returned to the game.
