Keyjuan Brown - Ruled out Saturday Brown (undisclosed) is out for Saturday's game at SMU, Pete Nakos of On3.com reports.

Impact Brown has surprisingly been ruled out for Saturday's contest, and with Isaac Brown (lower leg) also out, the Cardinals are facing a bit of an injury crisis in the backfield. Keyjuan has been excellent in Isaac's absence, rushing for at least 135 yards in the last two games without his teammate. He's gained 519 yards from scrimmage and scored three touchdowns over the last four games. With both Browns out, Duke Watson is set to lead the Louisville backfield at SMU.

Impact Brown will log his third consecutive DNP because of a leg injury that has kept him out since Week 11. He has one more regular-season opportunity, which will come in Week 14 with a Kentucky-Louisville game on Nov. 29. Brown will look to do something similar to what he did last year, when the annual Louisville-Kentucky game saw him log 26 rushing attempts for 178 yards and two touchdowns.

Impact Bell bounced back from his 49-yard showing the week prior, but while he certainly wasn't bottled up, he didn't make a big difference through the air as Louisville dropped its second straight game. With Miller Moss continuing to struggle a bit through the air, this passing game and all involved have been frustratingly quiet in recent weeks.

Caullin Lacy - Catches all four targets Lacy reeled in all four targets for 60 yards during Friday's 20-19 loss to Clemson.

Impact Lacy posted four grabs for 60 yards for the second straight week. It's a good indication of where this Cardinals' passing game is at currently -- nothing special, serviceable but ultimately not enough to win these critical games down the stretch. Lacy will look to get back on track against SMU.

Keyjuan Brown - Another big day Brown totaled 15 rushes for 135 yards and gathered in all two targets for 14 yards during Friday's 20-19 loss to Clemson.

Impact Brown's rushing stat-line from the Cardinals' loss to Clemson was nearly identical to his stat-line a week prior, when he ran for 136 yards on 14 carries against California. The tailback has been dynamic as the lead back for Louisville in the absence of Isaac Brown, an absence that could very well continue into Week 13.

Miller Moss - Can't fend off Tigers Moss completed 19 of 27 passes for 212 yards during Friday's 20-19 defeat against Clemson. He also had four rushes for negative three yards with one touchdown.

Impact Moss' stat-line wasn't awful but wasn't anything to write home about either, and ultimately, the Cardinals couldn't get it done against Clemson as they dropped their second-straight game. It was one of his more efficient outings, as he completed over 70 percent of his passes, but Moss and the Louisville offense just couldn't find an extra gear. The quarterback will look to bounce back against SMU.
