Impact Kaliakmanis logged more than 40 passing attempts in a game this season after averaging 27.9 per game through the first seven contests. The Minnesota transfer threw just his ninth passing touchdown of the season when he hit Christian Dremel for a 25-yard score in the third quarter. This was also his first passing touchdown since Week 6 versus Nebraska. Kaliakmanis surely would not have attempted this many passes if the Scarlet Knights weren't forced to play catch up for almost the entire game. Expect him to regress back to his paltry mean when Rutgers next plays Week 11 against his former team Minnesota.
