Burns carries Oral Roberts past North Dakota St. 79-73
TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Deondre Burns had 22 points as Oral Roberts stretched its home winning streak to seven games, defeating North Dakota State 79-73 on Thursday night.
Max Abmas made 5 of 8 from 3-point range and finished with 21 points for the Golden Eagles (8-8, 1-2 Summit League). Kevin Obanor added 13 points and seven rebounds for Oral Roberts and Emmanuel Nzekwesi added 12 points and eight rebounds.
The Golden Eagles snapped a three-game skid and ended NDSU’s three-game win streak.
Oral Roberts faces North Dakota at home on Saturday. North Dakota State plays South Dakota at home on Wednesday.
