Impact Mitchell was the top recruit for coach Chris Beard in the offseason and it's no surprise to see him start right out of the gate. Mitchell possess a lot of length for the small forward position and will be a factor of the defensive end of the floor. His offense should continue to improve as the season goes on. Texas will begin the regular season on Nov. 7 against UTEP.
