Impact Hopkins had his best game of the season Thursday as he scored a season-high 20 points in just 18 minutes of action. He only took nine shots to get there and he his three of his four three-pointers after only making one of eight across the first three games of the season. He also recorded three steals and one block on the defensive end. While he has had a strong start to the season in terms of scoring, he's averaging under four rebounds per game after averaging around 8.5 across his Providence career. If that becomes the norm it will hurt his fantasy value a bit and make recording double-doubles much more difficult.

After sitting out most of Providence's 2024-25 season, Hopkins will hope not do the same for St. John's. He brings an excellent bevy of experience, featuring 50 games with at least 15.0 points and 7.5 rebounds per matchup. With him, the issue is health, and Hopkins maintaining that for his problematic knee would be excellent news for the Red Storm, trying to maintain their newfound status as the Big East Conference's top dog.
