ENVE Composites To Sponsor Mick Schumacher's Debut at St. Pete
ENVE Composites, a manufacturer of handmade carbon fiber bicycle frames, rims and components, will be the primary sponsor of Mick Schumacher’s No. 47 NTT INDYCAR SERIES entry for his highly anticipated series debut at the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg on March 1, Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing officials announced Feb. 27.
ENVE will also join the team as a full-season major associate sponsor for 2026.
Schumacher, the son of legendary seven-time Formula One champion Michael Schumacher, has an impressive resume that includes 43 Formula One starts and a best finish of sixth place, along with three podium finishes in World Endurance Championship (WEC) competition.
“At this level of racing, the smallest details make the biggest difference,” Mick Schumacher said. “ENVE’s reputation for innovation and performance makes them a natural fit for our INDYCAR program. It’s exciting to have them onboard as the primary sponsor for our debut.”
Schumacher first drove an INDYCAR SERIES car last October at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course and was announced as an RLL driver Nov. 24.
Located in Ogden, Utah, ENVE combines leading composite technologies with feedback from partnerships with the world’s best athletes to provide its customers with the ultimate in performance, durability and quality.
“Both ENVE and Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing are built on a legacy of performance earned through discipline, innovation and relentless refinement,” said Michael Stimola, CEO of Enve Composites. “Mick Schumacher represents the next generation of that pursuit. This partnership connects our engineering philosophy with one of motorsport’s most competitive platforms.”
The 2026 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season begins with the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg on Sunday, March 1. Live coverage of the race begins at noon ET on FOX, FOX Deportes, FOX One, the FOX Sports app and the INDYCAR Radio Network.
