CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Dez White scored 26 points as Austin Peay beat Fisk 79-52 on Tuesday.
White was 9 of 18 shooting (7 for 15 from 3-point range) for the Governors (2-1). Demarcus Sharp added 14 points while going 7 of 17 from the field, and he also had 10 rebounds and seven assists. Dezi Jones was 5 of 11 shooting (2 for 4 from 3-point range) to finish with 12 points.
Michael Ashley led the way for the Bulldogs with 14 points. Tyon Thompson added 11 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and two steals for Fisk. Blake Goodman also recorded 11 points.
