Vinson has 22, Northern Kentucky takes down Texas A&M-CC 88-73
HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky (AP) — Sam Vinson's 22 points helped Northern Kentucky defeat Texas A&M-CC 88-73 on Wednesday night.
Vinson also contributed four steals for the Norse (2-3). Marques Warrick scored 21 points while going 7 of 15 from the floor, including 4 for 9 from 3-point range, and 3 for 3 from the line. Michael Bradley shot 4 for 7, including 1 for 4 from beyond the arc to finish with 11 points, while adding five rebounds, seven assists, and three steals.
Garry Clark led the way for the Islanders (2-3) with 14 points, 10 rebounds and three steals. Lance Amir-Paul added 10 points, eight rebounds, eight assists and two steals for Texas A&M-CC.
