Huff scores 22, sparks Chattanooga to 88-84 victory over VMI

LEXINGTON, Va. (AP) — Honor Huff had 22 points in Chattanooga's 88-84 victory over VMI on Thursday night.

Huff sandwiched two 3-pointers around one by Jan Zidek in a 9-0 run that gave the Mocs (16-8, 8-3 Southern Conference) an 86-80 lead with 29 seconds left to play. He added six rebounds. Jan Zidek scored 16 points on 6-for-8 shooting. Trey Bonham totaled 15 points, 11 assists, eight rebounds and three steals.

Tyran Cook finished with 28 points, six assists and two steals for the Keydets (4-20, 1-10). Stephen Olowoniyi added 15 points. Taeshaud Jackson pitched in with 13 points, eight rebounds and two steals.
