Dingle scores 30, Pennsylvania defeats Temple 77-57
PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Jordan Dingle's 30 points led Pennsylvania past Temple 77-57 on Saturday.
Dingle also contributed six assists and three steals for the Quakers (6-7). Max Martz went 6 of 8 from the field to add 14 points. Lucas Monroe recorded 10 points and shot 3 for 7, including 2 for 4 from beyond the arc.
Khalif Battle finished with 14 points for the Owls (6-5). Jamille Reynolds added 13 points, nine rebounds and two blocks for Temple. Hysier Miller also recorded 10 points.
Dingle scored nine points in the first half and Pennsylvania went into the break trailing 28-26. Dingle scored 21 points down the stretch in the second half to help lead Pennsylvania to a 20-point victory.
