Bleechmore scores 19 as Fairfield knocks off Division III Mount Saint Mary 92-45
FAIRFIELD, Conn. (AP) — Louis Bleechmore scored 19 points as Fairfield beat Division III-member Mount Saint Mary 92-45 on Monday night.
Bleechmore was 6-of09 shooting, including 2 for 5 from 3-point range, and went 5 for 6 from the line for the Stags (1-2). James Johns Jr. scored 17 points while shooting 7 for 12, including 3 for 8 from beyond the arc, and added 10 rebounds. Brycen Goodine shot 5 for 11, including 3 for 8 from beyond the arc to finish with 14 points.
Ben Toussaint finished with eight points for the Knights. Miles Calame added seven points and Jayden Figueroa had six points.
Fairfield plays Friday against Drexel on the road.
