No. 18 Duke women beat Wake Forest for 44th time in a row

DURHAM, N.C. (AP) Azura Stevens scored 23 points, and Rebecca Greenwell had 21 points and nine rebounds to help No. 18 Duke beat Wake Forest for the 44th consecutive time, 95-68 Thursday night.
Greenwell hit five 3-pointers.
Angela Salvadores added 18 points on 7-of-10 shooting, including 4 of 5 from 3-point range, and Oderah Chidom scored 12 for Duke (12-4, 1-1 Atlantic Coast). The Blue Devils scored their most points since a 95-48 win over Massachusetts-Lowell on Dec. 19, 2014.
Duke led 43-39 at halftime but used a 26-5 run while scoring 34 points in the third - its highest scoring quarter of the season - to blow it open.
The Blue Devils made 10 3-pointers and shot 55.6 percent from beyond the arc, both season highs.
Ariel Stephenson scored 17 points and Elisa Penna added 15 points and seven rebounds for Wake Forest (9-6, 0-2).
