Great Debate: Frankie Edgar or Conor McGregor? Who gets Jose Aldo next?
The Great MMA Debate returns with an all new show talking about some of the hot topics in MMA including whether Frankie Edgar should get the next crack at Jose Aldo or if Conor McGregor is destined to pass him by.
Edgar put on a masterful performance downing Cub Swanson over the weekend, but was it enough to stop the hype train surrounding McGregor.
The entire team -- UFC welterweight Matt Brown, UFC Hall of Famer Mark Coleman, Jeremy Loper from the Loper and Randi show and Damon Martin -- weigh in on the subject.
It's clear where Brown falls on the subject because he believes accomplishments should always outweigh promotional hype.
"I can't even believe this is an argument. What the f--k has Conor done compared to what Frankie's done?" Brown said. "Frankie deserves it. Period."
Discussion on today's show also includes debate about the recent Manny Pacquiao fight, Metamoris never having any winner or losers and whether or not Rory MacDonald made a mistake by nearly allowing his arm to break rather than tap out during his grappling match this weekend.
