The Minnesota Timberwolves waived forward Rasual Butler and guard Toure' Murry on Saturday, cutting their training camp roster to 15 players ahead of Monday's deadline.

A 13-year NBA veteran, Butler spent last season with the San Antonio Spurs, appearing in 46 games while averaging 7.5 points and 2.4 rebounds per game.

Murry is entering his third NBA season after going undrafted out of Wichita State in 2012 and spent last season in the NBA D-League, where he split time between the Sioux Falls Skyforce and the Texas Legends.
