Mike Evans pays tribute to ex-teammate Manziel after TD grab
Mike Evans and Johnny Manziel forged a strong bond during their college years at Texas A&M. But they got separated in the pros, with Evans landing in Tampa and Manziel in Cleveland.
On Sunday, Evans' Bucs met up with Manziel's Browns, and although Manziel is sitting behind starting quarterback Brian Hoyer, Evans is turning into a steady contributor for his team.
Evans, in fact, pulled down a TD catch from Mike Glennon. And when he scored, he decided to pay tribute to his former teammate, whom he considers a brother:
That's Johnny's signature "Money Manziel" sign right there. Well played, Mike.
