Johnny Manziel can only laugh at his jerseys being sold for $1.99

Johnny Manziel has little value in the NFL these days. 

The Texas A&M Heisman Trophy winner and former Cleveland Browns quarterback was once a priceless, one-of-a-kind athlete. But now that price can't get low enough. 

Manziel recently saw his Browns jersey -- valued at about $100 brand new at the time of its release -- marked down at a store for $1.99.

His only response to the deal? "LOL"
