James, Irving, Love grace the cover of Sports Illustrated

The national media is raving about the Cleveland Cavaliers, and Tuesday the hype intensified when Sports Illustrated tweeted out who would be on the front page of its NBA preview edition of the magazine.

That's right, the Wine-N-Gold's "big three" of LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love will be featured on the cover of SI this upcoming week for the first time ever.

This is also the Cavs first appearance on the cover of SI's NBA preview edition since October 26, 2009 (that one featured Shaq and LeBron).

The team will travel to Memphis Tuesday for their last preseason game before beginning regular season play next week at home versus the New York Knicks.

With the most anticipated season in Cavaliers history just eight days away from tip-off, the excitement in northeast Ohio is off the charts.
