Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has is raising awareness for veteran suicide prevention.

The cause is being spotlighted by a veteran advocacy organization, which hopes to document 22 million pushups "to honor those who serve and to raise awareness for veteran suicide prevention through education and empowerment."

The Rock knocked out his 22 pushups and called out Houston Texans star J.J. Watt to do so, too.

Watt is recovering from back surgery but that didn't prevent him from dropping and doing his 22.

The cause is following a 2012 VA Suicide Data Report that an average of 22 veterans are “KILLED By Suicide” (KBS) everyday. The name '22KILL' is meant to grab people’s attention, because our primary mission begins with raising awareness to the issue."
