'Inside the Magic: Magic Midsummer Special' premieres Aug. 6 on FOX Sports Florida
ORLANDO, Fla. -- With Summer League and the NBA Draft in the rearview mirror, FOX Sports Florida, the regional television home of the Orlando Magic, is proud to premiere a summer-time special aimed at providing insight and excitement on Orlando's offseason. On Thursday, Aug. 6, at 10:30 p.m., "Inside the Magic: Magic Midsummer Special" will be televised statewide on FOX Sports Florida.
Dante Marchitelli hosts and opens up the show by recapping a busy summer on and off the court for Orlando. Viewers will be treated to an exclusive interview as Magic color analyst Jeff Turner sits down with former teammate and new Magic Head Coach Scott Skiles. Additionally, Orlando's No. 5 overall draft pick in rookie forward Mario Hezonja joins us to discuss his warm reception to the Magic thus far and goals for the upcoming season. The episode concludes as Magic play-by-play announcer David Steele talks with Magic General Manager Rob Hennigan about the decisions behind naming a new coach, the draft and free agency.
