Indians' Francona makes brief appearance in 'Major League'
Tuesday's interleague game between the Cleveland Indians and Milwaukee Brewers brought together a couple of guys who appeared in the classic baseball movie "Major League" -- Brewers play-by-play announcer Bob Uecker and Indians manager Terry Francona.
Francona?
Apparently, yes, although prior to the "Major League" night in Milwaukee on Tuesday, probably very few people knew of his fleeting appearance (I had no idea).

"I'm in that movie," Francona told MLB.com's Jordan Bastian with a smirk. "You've got to look quick, man."
"Coming off the field one inning," explained Francona, who wore No. 24 like the character Roger Dorn, "I was getting the ball from the dugout and you can tell right away that it's me if you look. It's that quick. I don't think they sent me any royalties or anything."
Not much of a financial loss, though, if Roger McDowell's experience with "Seinfeld" royalties is any indication: the former pitcher still receives a $13.52 check each time the episode "The Boyfriend" (1992) runs in which he appears for a matter of seconds.
