Golden Tate responds perfectly to Cowboys' desire for revenge

Golden Tate talks with his play on the field.

The Dallas Cowboys had big plans for the Detroit Lions wide receiver before Sunday's NFC wild-card playoff game. In the week leading up to the game, Cowboys safety Barry Church swore revenge against Tate for a hit the latter laid on linebacker Sean Lee ... back in 2012.

Tate was playing for the Seahawks at that point, but that apparently doesn't matter. Anyway, the Cowboys DID get a lick on Tate on a first-quarter punt return:

But Tate didn't flinch and gashed the Cowboys just minutes later on this beautiful 51-yard touchdown catch and run.

Credit Tate for never backing down. When asked by reporters to respond to Church's desire for vengeance, Tate said, "You can't hit what you can't catch."
