Russell Wilson began his college football career at N.C. State in Raleigh, N.C.
He finished his career, of course, at Wisconsin.
His name is actually spelled "Russell," not "Russel." Either the people who paid for this sign don't know how to spell, or the people whose job it was to put up the sign wanted to make the folks from Wisconsin feel silly.
