Dez Bryant posts Instagram video of hamstring treatment
Injury updates are always in demand in the world of NFL football, but usually it's the media providing them -- not the players themselves.
Dez Bryant took the gate-keeping into his own hands on Monday morning, when he posted an Instagram video of himself getting therapy on his ailing hamstring.
The video also shows fellow injured teammate Lance Dunbar, who is currently sidelined with a mild ankle sprain.
Bryant said he's trying to back to the field "ASAP," but it'll be interesting to see what that timeline is. Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said Sunday night that it's unlikely Bryant will practice Monday evening.
It seems reasonable to assume Bryant also won't play Thursday against San Diego while he recovers, but that hasn't been confirmed by the coaching staff as of yet.
