Colts GM: Luck is 'fine' (i.e., his rehab is on schedule)

INDIANAPOLIS -- Indianapolis Colts general manager Ryan Grigson made one thing clear Wednesday: Andrew Luck is healthy.

Two days after the star quarterback said he still had work to do to get to 100 percent, Grigson cut off a question intended to clarify Luck's status.

Grigson said Luck was "fine" and that he simply meant he was following the rehab program established by team doctors to the letter.

Now Indy's front office will turn its attention to next week's draft and finding ways to protect Luck from any additional injuries.

The Colts clearly need help along an offensive line that has allowed so many hits and sacks over the first four years of Luck's career that it's even made team owner Jim Irsay cringe.
