Included in the city's restrictions are a prohibition of saving spaces, open pit fires, private bathrooms and alcohol.
In year's past, the Muni Lot has been left a mess after Browns games with the city being forced to clean up the mess.
And as such, the city was forced to enact rules and restrictions on tailgating in the Municipal Lot. However, some Browns fans reacted poorly to the announcement.
@CityofCleveland you guys really know how to suck the fun out over everything don't ya ?
