Bucks to open 2016-17 season at home against Hornets

The Milwaukee Bucks will open the 2016-17 season at home Wednesday, Oct. 26 against the Charlotte Hornets.
Milwaukee's longest road trip this season occurs March 13-22, when the Bucks play six games -- at Memphis, both Los Angeles teams, Golden State, Portland and Sacramento. The team will also play four of its final five games on the road, with the Bradley Center finale coming Monday, April 10 against the same opponent the Bucks play in their opener -- Charlotte.
The Bucks have one four-game homestand, from Dec. 3-9, when they host Brooklyn, San Antonio, Portland and Atlanta.
The Bucks will host Western Conference champion Golden State, which added Kevin Durant to its already potent roster, on Saturday, Nov. 19.
One feature of the schedule is a number of back-to-back games against the same opponent in the first half of the season: Dec. 1 and 3 vs. Brooklyn, Dec. 16 and 20 vs. Chicago, Dec. 20 and 21 vs. Cleveland, Dec. 23 and 26 vs. Washington and Jan. 4 and 6 vs. New York. All of those games are home-and-home.
The Bucks' regular season concludes Wednesday, April 12 at Boston.
