The first Rams home opener since 1994 ended with a victory.
After a tumultuous Week 1, Los Angeles needed a good Rams home opener to get back on track.
Against Seattle, they delivered just that.
It is never a pretty game when the only scoring is four field goals, but that was what the Rams used to get a win.
Case Keenum improved ever so slightly from the first game against the 49ers, completing 18 of 30 throws for just over 200 yards.
Rams running back Todd Gurley contributed as well, going for 51 yards on 19 carries.
No scoring happened in the third quarter from either team, but the Rams found field goals in the first, second, and fourth quarters.
The only time that the Seahawks could put any points on the board was a 23 yard field goal off the foot of Steven Hauschka.

Pete Carroll failed to return to Southern California with a win, but had plenty to say to the referees throughout the course of the game.
Kenny Britt led the Rams in the receiving category, with six catches and 94 yards.
Los Angeles has to prepare for an intriguing clash with the Buccaneers in Tampa Bay next week.
Field goals most likely won’t be enough to get a win versus the Bucs, and they shouldn’t have been enough to top the Seahawks, but they have to let it go and move on.
Additionally, Jared Goff still hasn’t gotten his moment to shine despite being drafted No. 1 overall in the most recent draft.
After being listed as inactive in San Francisco, he was bumped up to second string heading into Week 2.
With the win, alongside the results of other games, the NFC West is all knotted up after two weeks.
San Francisco struggled to get much done in Carolina in an eventual loss to the Panthers.
The Cardinals destroyed Tampa Bay at home to put some balance back in their season.
Now let’s see if the Los Angeles Rams can keep pace the rest of the way.
