For those with doubts about how Paul George's return is going, look no further than this crossover on Nik Stauskas from the Indiana Pacers' 112-85 drubbing of the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday night, via NBA.com:
Stauskas isn't a world-class defender, but this play embodies the sentiment that George is returning back to his All-NBA-quality self sooner rather than later. (He may have stepped on Stauskas' left foot with his right foot, causing him to drop like a fly, but that's irrelevant.) He's scored 25 or more points in eight consecutive games -- the longest such streak in the NBA. Yes, even longer than Stephen Curry.
Welcome back, PG-13.
