Sorry, Steph Curry: Gordon Hayward calls LeBron the NBA's best player

The Utah Jazz have taken their amazing defense on tour in the early going of 2015-16, reminding people just how good this team is. On Tuesday, the young Jazz will face a stout test against the Cleveland Cavaliers and LeBron James.

There are those who think that James is no longer the best player in the NBA, having been surpassed by Stephen Curry. According to Gordon Hayward, those people are incorrect (via the Salt Lake Tribune):

James has been sharing a little more of the burden in Cleveland this season, but that doesn't mean Hayward can let up. If Utah's going to knock off the Cavaliers like they did last year, No. 20 will have to be at his best.

"Always," Hayward said Monday when asked if he looked forward to his matchup Tuesday with LeBron James. "Best player in the world."
