Magic's Elfrid Payton, C.J. Watson to play in Team USA scrimmage
It looks like Victor Oladipo and Tobias Harris aren't the only members of the Orlando Magic who will have a chance to show their stuff in Las Vegas. With many of the top players at Team USA minicamp either unable or unwilling to play in 5-on-5 games this summer, invites have been extended to players outside of camp who might like to participate in Thursday night's showcase scrimmage.
And according to the official rosters for the game, Magic guards Elfrid Payton and C.J. Watson will be in attendance.
Oladipo and Payton will play for the Blue Team, coached by former New Orleans Pelicans coach Monty Williams. Watson will join the White Team, led by former Chicago Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau. Harris was not listed on either roster.
