Draymond Green enjoying matchup with Zach Randolph

Draymond Green and Zach Randolph both come from Tom Izzo's Michigan State, a place that breeds tough, hard-nosed basketball players. And right now Green loves everything about the matchup.

Here's what he recently said about going against Randolph, per MLive.com's Kyle Austin:

"We come from the same place. It's a brotherhood back there. It builds and it lasts for a lifetime, regardless of whether you played together or not. When you get the opportunity to play against guys from the same place that have been through the same things, that's a special moment to me."

Green might change his tune if his team wasn't the heavy favorite to advance, but so far he's taking the high road. Don't be surprised if these two momentarily forget about their roots, battling in the trenches of playoff basketball.
