For AJ Allmendinger, the last few days have been brutal.

On Monday, he tried to play golf, but admittedly he is not much a golfer. He's worked out, but he still can't fall asleep. When he's not pacing in his motorcoach, Allmendinger's staring at the ceiling until he finally passes out from exhaustion in the wee hours of the morning.

After Thursday, sleep may come.
