NASCAR Camping World Truck Series driver Shane Sieg has been indefinitely suspended from NASCAR for violation of the sport’s substance-abuse policy.

Sieg has competed in the Truck series for seven seasons and has competed in 12 of the 15 races this year. He is 24th in the points standings.

NASCAR has also reinstated Denise Harmon-Mixon, a crew member in the NASCAR Nationwide Series, following her successful completion of NASCAR’s Road to Recovery Program. Harmon-Mixon had been suspended July 5 for violating the sanctioning body’s substance-abuse policy.
