NASCAR moves to protect safety workers

After last week's fire following Juan Pablo Montoya's collision with a jet dryer at Daytona International Speedway, NASCAR announced a change in procedure during the Sprint Cup drivers meeting Sunday at Phoenix International Raceway.

Officials announced that a safety vehicle will always follow jet dryers on the racetrack. That vehicle will be a pace car.
