KHI Management has added yet another Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) contender to its impressive roster of athletes, signing a multi-year agreement to represent rising women's strawweight star Rose Namajunas.

Namajunas, 22, is currently taking part in the historic season of The Ultimate Fighter, in which 16 of the world's best 115-pound women's fighters compete for the first-ever UFC strawweight title (Wednesdays/10 p.m. ET/FOX Sports 1). On last night's episode of the hit reality show, Namajunas defeated Alex Chambers by first-round submission to advance to the next round of the championship tournament.

Namajunas joins No. 4 ranked UFC lightweight star Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone and No. 2 ranked UFC women's bantamweight contender Miesha Tate as mixed martial arts standouts represented by KHI Management. Owned by NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver Kevin Harvick, KHI Management also works with NASCAR driver Jeff Burton, PGA golfer Jason Gore and country music artists Jake Owen and Matt Stillwell.

"It's been a dream of mine to compete for the UFC title and I'm excited to have KHI Management behind me in my quest for the championship," Namajunas, a Milwaukee, Wis. native now training out of Denver, Colo., said. "I've seen the impressive work they've done with 'Cowboy' Cerrone and Miesha Tate, and I know they have the experience and relationships to help me maximize my opportunities inside and outside of the Octagon."

Already drawing comparisons to UFC women's bantamweight champion and blossoming Hollywood actress Ronda Rousey thanks to her ferocious fighting style and dynamic personality, Namajunas could soon emerge as a breakthrough star in one of the world's fastest growing sports. With more than 30 years of combined expertise in the areas of sports marketing and representation, the team at KHI Management is eager to guide Namajunas' ascension.

"At just 22 years old, Rose is in the unique position to become a champion and superstar in her sport," Harvick said. "With the strong core of sponsors we have here at KHI, we're really looking forward to helping her reach those heights. She has a bright, bright future ahead and I'm excited to work with Rose on her road to the championship and beyond."
