David Gilliland returning to Front Row Motorsports for 2015 season

David Gilliland and primary sponsor Love's Travel Stops will return to Front Row Motorsports for the 2015 Sprint Cup Series season, the organization announced on Tuesday afternoon.
Gilliland, who is winless in five seasons with the Statesville, N.C.-based team, will carry Love's Travel Stops as the principal sponsor on his No. 38 Ford for an expanded 18 races. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
"I am beyond excited about Love's commitment to our program and to growing it each year," Gilliland said in a team release. "What I'm most proud of is the simple fact that it's working. Our program does exactly what a NASCAR partnership is supposed to do. It's been hugely successful, for us and for them. I can't wait to see what we can do as a team this year."
The Oklahoma City-based sponsor has been with Gilliland since the 2013 season.
"I'm really proud of how our relationship has grown with Love's Travel Stops," said team owner Bob Jenkins. "It's a great success story of a company coming to the sport and partnering with the race team that can best deliver exactly what they're looking for. The partnership has grown each year, and we look forward to it growing even more in the years to come."
Gilliland, 38, captured Front Row Motorsports' first Sprint Cup Series pole when he qualified first for last July's race at Daytona International Speedway. His best finish for the organization -- second -- came in the spring of 2013 at Talladega Superspeedway when he pushed teammate David Ragan to the victory.
Gilliland ranked 30th in the 2014 Sprint Cup standings, with a best finish of 17th.
