Cole Whitt to drive for Front Row Motorsports in new 3rd car

STATESVILLE, N.C. (AP) Front Row Motorsports will field a third full-time Sprint Cup entry this season for Cole Whitt.

Whitt will drive the No. 25 Ford. He's got sponsorship from Speed Stick for 10 races, including next month's season-opening Daytona 500.

Randy Cox will be Whitt's crew chief.

It will be the 23-year-old Whitt's second full-time Sprint Cup season. He drove for Swan Racing and then BK Racing when it absorbed Whitt's team from Swan. He finished 31st in the standings with a best finish of 15th at Talladega.

Front Row also fields cars for David Gilliland and David Ragan. Gilliland was 30th in the final standings last year, Ragan was 32nd.
