WHAT IT MEANS:

The mission of the Ulman Cancer Fund is to change lives by creating a community of support for young adults (15-39), and their loved ones, impacted by cancer. UCF has raised over $15 million since 1997 to support the young adult cancer fight.

UCF's founder, Doug Ulman, was introduced to BowTie Cause through Dhani Jones and Kunta Littlejohn (a young adult cancer survivor) several years ago. The two were honored at the Ulman Cancer Fund's 15th Anniversary Gala in 2013 for their support of the young adult cancer fight.

When creating the bow tie, UCF included branding elements and manifesto, which became the inspiration for the design of the bow tie.
