The Yankees' motivational sign is actually from a CrossFit gym
This is a tough look.
On Thursday, this motivational sign at the New York Yankees' spring training facility surfaced:

People had split feelings on it. Some made fun of it, some liked it. It was just kind of whatever.
On Friday, though, it was revealed to be swiped from a CrossFit gym:

Of course, a quick Google search reveals that this quote has been used a ton, but mainly (nearly always) in a CrossFit inspirational, motivational post. If you look closely, you can see the logo of the gym, Sage Fitness, which is just a 15 minute drive from Yankee Stadium.
Yankees pitchers and catchers reported today and the rest of the team is set to arrive for their first full squad workout on February 25. Time will tell if they start to mix in some burpees or wall balls, though.
