Reds troll Mets' hefty righty Bartolo Colon on this hilarious play

Published Apr. 26, 2016 8:41 p.m. ET

It was two opposite ends of the weight-scale spectrum Tuesday. Speedy Billy Hamilton raced down the line in an attempt to beat lumbering New York Mets righty Bartolo Colon on a play at first base.

To no one's surprise, Hamilton beat the throw to first as Colon, who is listed at 5-11, 283 pounds, did his best to cover. But it wasn't solely Colon's fault, as the throw was not on target.

But that didn't stop the Reds' Twitter account from having a little fun at Colon's expense.

Maybe Colon was moving pretty fast; his hat did fall off. Anyone buying that? Anyone?
