Norfolk Tides to wear SpongeBob SquarePants jerseys

The conch has spoken!!!!

Baltimore Orioles Triple-A affiliate the Norfolk Tides will be hosting a SpongeBob SquarePants night, featuring these incredible jerseys on Aug. 7:

Per the release from the team, "costumed characters (SpongeBob and Patrick)" will be roaming around the stadium during the game. There will also be SpongeBob-themed music and videos shown on the scoreboard.

What the release did not state was if there was going to be distant voice yelling, "MY LEG!" at random times throughout the night.

There was also no word if SpongeBob will be performing the seventh-inning stretch.
