Dodgers' Greinke, Astros' Keuchel named All-Star Game starters

Los Angeles Dodgers right-hander Zack Greinke will start Tuesday's All-Star Game for the National League, while Houston Astros left-hander Dallas Keuchel will get the nod for the American League.

Greinke leads the majors with a 1.39 ERA. He is 8-2 with 106 strikeouts in 123 1/3 innings pitched this season. The 2009 AL Cy Young Award winner will be appearing in his third All-Star Game. Greinke hasn't allowed a run in his past five starts and sports a 35 2/3-inning scoreless streak.

Keuchel, who leads the majors with 137 1/3 innings pitched and is tied for the AL lead in wins, is 11-4 with a 2.23 ERA and 114 strikeouts. This will be his first All-Star Game appearance.

The All-Star Game will be televised by FOX at 7 p.m. ET on Tuesday from Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati.
