Although he put together a great spring training with the Chicago Cubs in which he hit .367 with one home run and eight RBI, Munenori Kawasaki was sent down to the minors for the start of the season.
It was a heartbreaking move for baseball fans everywhere, since Kawasaki is a favorite of many, but he's still his fun-loving self in Triple-A. In fact, he gave yet another fantastic interview recently before the Iowa Cubs game.
In it, he revealed that he loves the Chicago Cubs, has thoughts about Brad Pitt, and hates ghosts -- because he's scared of them despite never seeing one.
Kawasaki gives more memorable moments than just about anyone in baseball, one of which came last month when he homered on the same day that he was released. It's only a matter of time before the Cubs recall the Japanese gem to the majors.
