Watch Clay Travis's Hilarious Halftime Rant Against the Tennessee Vols
Clay Travis of Outkick the Coverage went on a hilarious halftime rant against the Tennessee Volunteers as they were trailing the Florida Gators 21-3.
This was one for the ages. After the Vols were trailing the Florida Gators 21-3 at halftime, notorious columnist Clay Travis posted a special Outkick the Coverage episode.
And it was a rant for the ages.
Travis criticized Butch Jones in every way he could. He said the Vols should by out Jones’s contract and shell out the money it takes to hire Bobby Petrino.
Here is the full rant.

He wasn’t the only one quitting on the Vols. Check out these Tennessee fans who left the game.

Of course, Clay’s speech may have been able to count as an epic halftime speech. After all, Tennessee turned everything around in the second half.
To be fair, he posted a response at the end of the game.

This isn’t the first time that the Vols turned it around immediately after a Travis rant. Let’s not forget last year, when Travis tweeted that the Vols were garbage and Butch Jones defenders were all idiots.
Tennessee was trailing 24-3 to the Georgia Bulldogs at that point. They immediately began a furious comeback, converting a fourth and 8 for a touchdown right after Travis tweeted that, then forcing a fumble on a kickoff that led to another touchdown.
The Vols obviously came back to win that game 38-31.
So maybe Clay Travis should keep trashing the Vols. Every time he does, Tennessee turns it around.
